Dr. Arlington Lightbourne is a Bahamian General Practice and Emergency Physician with advanced training in Nutrition, Lifestyle Medicine, and Obesity & Weight Management. Dr. Lightbourne served 5 years in the Accident & Emergency and also the Anesthesia and Critical Care Departments of Princess Margaret Hospital. He resigned from PMH in 2014 and has since served at The Medi-Center Prince Charles, The Walk-in Clinics and still serves as a part-time ER Physician at both Doctors Hospital and the Bahamas Medical Center. Dr. Lightbourne believes that everyone can live a life free of preventable diseases. That’s why he has decided to dedicate his life to researching and teaching the truth about what makes us sick, what makes us fat, the role of the environment in disease, the study of food as medicine and the science of creating health. Dr. Lightbourne is a recognized leader, speaker, educator, advocate and soon to be author in the field of disease prevention. He is the founder and president of Bahamas Wellness Clinic, whose mission is to reduce lifestyle-related death and disease in the Bahamas through physician-directed interventions with patients.Dr. Lightbourne and his team have had tremendous success in its medical weight loss and diabetes reversal programs which have become its signatures services. He is married to Nurse Lori Lightbourne and they have two kids. |

MRS. ISMELLA DAVIS-DELANCY Assistant Commissioner of Police Mrs. Ismella Davis-Delancy enlisted into the Royal Bahamas Police Force on May 16, 1983. Upon graduation she was posted at a number of Police Stations, namely: Grove Police Station, Traffic Police Station and the Pay Office. In 1985 she was selected to attend a course to form the Police Credit Union which is now known as The Bahamas Law Enforcement Cooperative Credit Union Limited. Years later, she served at the Carmichael Police Station, North-Eastern Police Station, Grand Bahama District and Police Disciplinary Tribunal. She served as Commander of the Fox Hill Division, Eastern Division, Airport Division and Eleuthera Division. She received her early education at Our Lady’s Roman Catholic School, Columbus Primary, D.W. Davis Junior High and R. M. Bailey Senior High School. She became a Certified Human Resources Manager after completing The National Management Association of America-NMA…The Leadership Development Organization through The College of The Bahamas. She participated and attended a number of professional development courses including: · ILEA LAW Enforcement Management Development Program, El Salvador · ILEA Advanced Management Course, Roswell, New Mexico · Protocol & Diplomacy International, Denver Colorado Mrs. Delancy is the recipient of the Royal Bahamas Police Force’s Medals for Meritorious Service and Long Service & Good Conduct. Additionally, she was recognize by the Good Samaritan Kingdom Ministries, The Cousin McPhee Cathedral, Mission Consortium of Churches, Eastern Community Association, The Green Castle Development Association, The Rock Sound Community, The Department of Cooperatives & The Bahamas Law Enforcement Cooperative Credit Union Limited. She was a member of the Rotary Club of Eleuthera and an advisor for Eleuthera Cancer Society. She served in a number of positions in the Credit Union Movement and recently retired as Secretary of the Bahamas Law Enforcement Cooperative Credit Union Limited. Ismella is a family oriented officer who loves people; she spends her leisure time cooking, reading and spending quiet moments with her two special people Keith & Rashad.
