ADG Stanford Charlton Visits Eleuthera

Our new ADG Stanford Charlton paid our club a visit on July 12, 2012.  We were pleased to welcome him as he shared the goals and objectives pf the Rotary Year 2012/2013 under the theme "PEACE THROUGH SERVICE".  He shared District Governor Vance Lewis' vision for this new Rotary year that includes enhancing our clubs image and becoming more visible in the communities that we live in.   We were encouraged to:

*Attempt bigger projects that have greater impact
*Adopt & Implement a 3 year Strategic Plan
*Maintain a 85% membership retention
*Each member must participate in at least 1 service project
*Increase membership diversity
*Improve our new member orientation
*Implement leadership plan
