NOVEMBER IS FOUNDATION MONTH

Fellow Rotarians,

The mission of The Rotary Foundation is to enable Rotarians to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty.

The Rotary Foundation helps fund our humanitarian activities, from local service projects to global initiatives

In 1929, the Foundation made its first gift of $500 to the International Society for Crippled Children and in 1947 The Foundation established its first program," Fellowships for Advance Study", later known as Ambassadorial Scholarships..

Wednesday November 5th - RCE & Rotary Club of Rancho Cotati, & Rotaract Clubs will launch a telemedicine project..

Thursday November 6th - Our special guest will be Miss Embri Stuart, a 2011 -2012 recipient of Rotary's Ambassadorial Scholarship that was sponsored by our club.

Please make a special effort to attend and hear how your contribution to the Foundation can make a difference in someone's life.
