Support for Annual Dog Show

The Rotary Club of Eleuthera continues to support local family events.

Our youngest Rotarian in the making, Georgia entered pet Chloe in the Annual

Dog Show.  Chloe strutted her stuff in pink, (the breast Cancer Awareness color)

She received a 4th place award.

This event was used to bring focus to the benefits of spay/neuter with focus on the prevention

of increasing the already over population of stray dogs referred to as "Potcakes"

Earlyactors from the area fully supported event.

Rotarian Ismella Davis, Officer-in-Charge of Royal Bahamas Police Force Eleuthera

Division made arrangements for dogs from the RBPF Canine Unit to travel from the

Capital to the island to showcase their "Crime prevention measures" to the delight of

all in attendance. Kudos to the PET PALS organization for a great afternoon of organized

animal entertainment, and positive pet awareness!
