Preliminary Rotary Community Corp Meeting - Spanish Wells

A very successful meeting was held to discuss the proposed Rotary Community Corp for the island of Spanish Wells. In attendance at the meeting were Mr. Theo Neilly (Rotarian), Member of Parliament for the area, and Mr. Clay Sweeting, Deputy Chairman for the Bahamas Agricultural and Industrial Corporation, and Spanish Wells Resident. According to feedback, there is sufficient interest from the community for the formation of a Rotary Club vs. the Rotary Community Corp is under consideration. Decisive action is expected once all of the Fishermen are back on island from their fishing expedition within another week or so! Excellent Rotary presence is expected to be eminent for this island.
